Return, Exchange & Refund Policy — Hastkruti

Effective from: August 25, 2025

Return & Exchange

• Standard (non-customized) products can be exchanged for size/fit issues.
• Customized / made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
• Raise your request within 2–3 days of delivery. Once approved, ship back within 5–7 days.
• Refunds (for eligible returns) are initiated after quality check and reflect within 7–10 working days.
• Products purchased during sale/discounts are non-refundable.
• For hygiene/safety, earrings, necklaces, rings, etc. are not returnable unless damaged in transit. An unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims.

Cancellation (Domestic Orders)

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Customized orders cannot be cancelled.
• Once shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Raise a Return/Issue

• If the parcel is tampered/damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us.
• For defects or in-transit damage, email support@hastkruti.com with your Order ID, photos and the unboxing video within 2 days of delivery.
• If pickup isn’t available at your pincode, please self-ship. We may issue a ₹150 reverse-shipping credit note where applicable.
• Customer bears return shipping for size/choice exchanges; we cover it for approved defects/damage.
• Refunds apply to product value only; shipping fees are not refunded.

Exchange Policy

• Raise exchange requests within 4–5 days of delivery via orders@hastkruti.com.
• Once received and approved, we dispatch the replacement within 5–7 working days.
• Exchanges are permitted once per order. A second exchange (if approved) will incur ₹300 (reverse + forward shipping).
• Customized products are not eligible for exchange.
• International orders: returns & exchanges are currently not available.
