Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable like handmade items i.e. jewelry  and accessories.

Yes, We have return policy as all these products are handmade and made to order. So please refer size chart to ensure you order correct size.
If you receive a damaged/incorrect/incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at hastkruti.com@gmail.com with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item. We will either ship a replacement for the item or provide a refund for the product once we receive it back.

Once your order is confirmed, you will come on to a confirmation page displaying an Order ID, listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. Additionally, you will receive an Email and WhatsApp message confirming your order. You can also visit the ‘My Orders’ section on our website to check the status of your order

In case you have place order via Instagram and WhatsApp, Our team will confirm the order after payment.

4. Confirm & Pay – Once you approve, you can make the payment to confirm your order
5. Crafting with care – Our artisans will handcraft your piece and share progress photos.
6. Approval & Shipping – After your confirmation, we’ll carefully package and ship it to your doorstep.
